NavHunter

Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

This is an interim version while our counsel reviews it. When we publish a reviewed version we will update this page and its date.

1. These terms

These terms apply to the NavHunter iPhone app, the Field web app and the web Admin (the "Service"), operated by AXTRA SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Who can use NavHunter

NavHunter is a business service. You may use it only with an account your company created or approved, only for your company's work, and only within the areas and permissions it gives you. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

3. Your account

Keep your password and devices secure and don't share your account. Tell your company administrator or us right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Driving and navigation

Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Obey traffic laws and road signs. Directions, maps, speed limits and travel times can be wrong or out of date; you are responsible for your own driving decisions.

6. Location and employers

Your company decides whether and how location features are used for its staff. The company is responsible for giving any notice and getting any acknowledgement or consent the law requires, and for limiting tracking to work. The in-app location notice helps record that, but it does not make us responsible for the company's legal obligations.

7. Data and content

Work records created in the Service (such as visits, notes, photos, routes and site information) belong to the company. We process them to provide the Service, and we may use them to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, including reviewing data quality. We do not sell them.

8. Public and third-party data

Permit, parcel, address, weather and map data come from public sources and third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Suggestions the Service makes may also be wrong; review them before saving. None of this data gives anyone permission to enter a property.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will post updated terms on this page with a new effective date and give company administrators advance notice of material changes. The Service may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance.

10. Ending access

Your company can remove your access at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts others or the Service at risk. You can ask to delete your account from More > Privacy & Data in the app.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees the company paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
